• Account information: your email address, account identifier, and basic profile details supplied through email sign-in or newsletter subscription.
• Service information: essential session data and technical logs such as timestamps, browser details, and IP address that help operate and protect the service.

We use this information to authenticate you, send design updates you requested, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and protect the service.

MotionVault does not sell your personal information or use account data for advertising.

MotionVault is currently a free inspiration and curation platform. We do not process payments or collect payment card information.

We rely on Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for billing, and Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, and security. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services and are governed by their respective terms and privacy practices.

We retain account and subscription records while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and financial recordkeeping. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your account. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate accounting needs.

MotionVault is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page.
